246 — Baked Penne with Asparagus and Salmon

| Grated Sbrinz cheese | 100 g (1 cup) |

Instructions
- Cook the asparagus and penne in separate pots of salted boiling water until almost al dente.
- Drain both, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking, and drain well.
- Place the penne and asparagus in a buttered baking dish.
- Add the chopped smoked salmon and chopped chives, distributing evenly.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the paprika, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Top with the grated Sbrinz cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, until golden and set.
